Accommodation

Estonian Business School does not have its own dormitory. The school’s role is to assist students who may find difficulty in arranging housing in Tallinn. The school offers a variety of possibilities which are the following:

1. Rent a flat with the help of a real estate company.
Our partners are:

Arco Vara Real Estate Company - http://www.arcovara.ee Anna Roostar: Anna.Roostar@arcovara.ee ;

UUS MAA Real Estate Company -  http://www.uusmaa.ee Kristina Sõmerik: kristina.somerik@uusmaa.ee ; and

EBS Students Real Estate Company - http://realestate.ebs.ee

which are providing the university with a list of suitable flats as well as offer full service to conclude the lease agreement between the student and landlord.

2. Rent a room in a private house or flat consulting public web pages with housing opportunities:

Prices

To live in the city centre, costs for a student are approximately 3500 - 5000 EEK/per person (about 250 - 350 Euros) + utilities every month around 70 Euros (depending on usage). Prices for a 2-room flat (living room + 1 bedroom) in the centre are 4500 -6000 EEK (about 285 – 385 Euros) + utilities; 2-bedroom apartments cost 7000 – 9000 EEK (450 – 575 Euros) + utilities. Flats in blockhouses district are 3500 – 5000 EEK (about 250 -320 Euros) + utilities.
Monthly rent for a room from flat in suburb or a blockhouses area is about 1500 -2000 EEK (100 - 130 Euros). The rent of a room in the centre or in a private house surrounded by a nice garden is about 2000 EEK (130 Euros) or even more.

The fixed exchange rate is 1Euro = 15,65 EEK.

Most common way for students to find an accommodation is to rent an apartment and to share it with the university mates.
